ALPU‑K 是 ALPU 系列中性能最高的芯片，它内置基于 AES‑256 算法的加密核以及 4Kbit 片内非易失性存储器，可通过串行总线与主控 MCU 实现无缝对接。

● I2C 串行接口，最高支持 400kbps

● 包含两个用户存储区、用户区密钥、用户序列号、单调递增存储器、eFuse（一次性熔丝位）

● 内置上电复位电路 / 6.7MHz 振荡器

● 两种电源工作模式（活跃模式、休眠模式）
